With more than 10 years of experience handling counseling and litigation matters in the aspect of intellectual property, James A. Lawrence, 39, is an experienced advocate and trial lawyer who has successfully and exclusively litigated IP and technology disputes. He focuses his practice on copyright, trademark, patent and unfair competition law.
During the years of his career, he authored hundreds of articles in the intellectual property field on topics such as copyright piracy and trademark law. James is an experienced intellectual property attorney who draws on his unique blend of experience in engineering, law, and business to offer strategic advice on IP issues designed to leverage and protect investments.
His skills as a persuasive negotiator and effective communicator allows him to thrive in pressuring situations. He is dedicated to defining a win for his clients and develops a distinct approach and strategy for victory.
